“The work is pretty varying as there are a lot of things to be done before the restaurant is ready to be opened, but it is really rewarding to see the place change so fast and turn into something that was only a dream a couple of weeks ago. Although it is their dream I am helping realising, it is a project I can really relate to and as they give you a lot of responsibility for the jobs you do and really listen to any suggestions you have to make, it pretty soon turns into your own project and your own pride. Great place, great atmosphere, great people and really rewarding work. Huanchaco is definitely one of the best places I’ve been in Peru. The people living here are very relaxed and friendly, the weather is great and there is of course the ocean with beautiful sunsets. Time is easily spent here as it is a great place to be.”
