Project Overview
Health related problems often attribute to both lack of resources in terms of access to decent health care system and infrastructure (housing, sewage system, etc), as well as lack of awareness on health/ hygiene issues among local population. So, it is imperative that any attempts that intend to improve public health take holistic approach to tackle this problem.
In line with this, Otra Cosa Network has been supporting local clinic and health offices in and around Huanchco, as well as our local network projects to improve their services to patients, and help local people adapt and improve their habits and life-styles to live a healthy life through valuable contributions from our volunteers with right skills and knowledge.
Volunteer Roles/ Working Hour
